Grades and Transcripts
A transcript includes a student's courses, grades, GPA, and degree. University of Illinois official transcripts bear the Registrar's signature and are on secured paper. We no longer use a raised seal; however, the seal is printed on the transcript. Transcript requests are typically processed within 5 business days of our receiving a correctly completed request; however transcripts of students in attendance at the University prior to Fall 1982 are archived in a secure location and may require 2-3 weeks retrieval and processing time.
How to Check Your Grades
- To check your grades, you must login to the Student Self-Service Center.

- You may also order transcripts from the transcripts page of the Office of the Registrar or view your student record online at the Student Self-Service Center.
